However, I am now back in gameful employment. Although to make sure it's not too much of a shock to the system it's only part time. I am organsing a Christmas party with a carnival theme. I think it's going to be a nice affair. We have jugglers, face painters and other lovely stuff. It's been really nice to work on a social event again too. I do love to organise a fancy party.
Adam and I have finally decided to get organised and apply for a visa which would allow me to be in Australia longer. However, being that we are hopelessly unorganised we appear to be missing quite a lot of stuff that we probably need. We're not sure how this is all going to work out so keep things crossed and if possible make friends with anyone you meet from Australian Immigration. I really don't have too much to say.
We haven't done too much these last few weeks. Adam is working hard to keep me in the manner I have not yet become accustomed, which means we only really have weekends to do things, and we somehow manage to fill those all up with chores and Nevah (that's not a bad thing though).
Speaking of the little princess; it wouldn't be a post without more pictures. Her new favourite toy is my camera, however I won't be posting any of the pictures that she took as she hasn't yet worked out that putting her fingers over the lens probably isn't a good idea. Anyway here are a few shots from the last few weeks:
Me and Nevah. I'm not sure why I look so pink. However, you can see I've cut my hair again. It's getting shorter every time I go to the hairdresser. On Sunday we headed out to Adam's Aunt and Uncles new house at Myponga. It was Adam's Aunt's birthday. I should probably explain that Myponga has less than 20 houses and only 6 of them have permanent residents. The rest are holiday homes. Myponga is about an hours' drive from Adelaide and right on the beach. The house is amazing with every room having a sea view. We had a great day with amazing views, great food and lovely company. I think we are spending Christmas down there. It's still going to be weird having a hot Christmas, but I think I might just cope at Myponga.
This is pretty much the whole village of Myponga. Not too bad really. Finally, and this doesn't really have anything to do with anything, but I like the pictures. A few weeks ago we went down to Mike and Corinne's house for a bbq, and this is what happens when you mix 3 industrial tape measures, 4 boys, quite a bit of beer and no sport on TV:

Just in case you're a little confused about what they are doing it's a weird game. To see how high you can get you're tape before it bends. I'm sure Freud would have something to say.
